Give someone the gift of becoming an eyewear frame maker for the day!
This gift card entitles the holder to book a time either privately or in 1 of my set date workshops where I will guide them through the process of making their very own pair of spectacles or sunglasses.
This is a 1 day introductory workshop. during this day, I will take you through the steps required to make your very own pair of Acetate spectacle or sunglass frames. Starting with a large selection of styles and coloured acetate, you will learn the basics of making your very own spectacle frame or sunglass.
no previous experience is necessary.
All tools, equipment and materials will be provided. Sunglass lenses will be provided, but can be upgraded to prescription lenses at an additional cost, so don’t forget to bring your latest script.

About the workshop

Workshop dates will be updated on a monthly basis. For gift certificate holders they can book into a scheduled class or make a request for a particular date.

workshops run from approximately 10.30am till 4.30pm. There will be breaks for morning teat and lunch.

If for any unforeseen circumstance (covid, sickness or other apocalyptic event) the workshop cannot run, I will run the workshop at another date, 24 hours notice is required to re-schedule if you are unable to attend.
