A little about the workshops.

Welcome to our one-of-a-kind workshop that will turn you into an eyewear frame maker for the day! This one-day introductory workshop is an exciting opportunity to learn how to make your very own pair of spectacle or sunglass frames. With a large selection of styles and coloured acetate for the front and a 2 colours of stainless steel sides at your disposal, you will learn the basics of making a pair of frames that truly reflect your personal style.

This workshop is limited to just two attendees, ensuring that you receive personalized attention and guidance throughout the day. The best part? No previous experience is necessary! As an experienced eyewear maker I will take you through each step, from selecting the right materials to shaping and sanding your frames.

All tools, equipment and materials will be provided, so you won't have to worry about bringing anything with you. Non-prescription sunglass lenses will also be provided at no extra charge, allowing you to leave the workshop with a complete, wearable pair of frames. If you have a prescription, don't worry – you can order prescription lenses at an additional cost, so make sure to bring along your latest script.

The workshop will run from approximately 10am till 4pm, with breaks for morning tea and lunch. By the end of the day, you will have learnt new skills and knowledge about how handmade eyewear frames are produced. So why wait? Book your spot today and become an eyewear frame maker for the day!
